Kamonohashi Project (Kamo) is a recipient program of the Tokyo Marathon 2023 Charity.
Run for joy and help children and save them from human trafficking.

 

If you choose Kamo as a recipient program when you will entry, your donation will be used to save the children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation in the world.

Kamo is a Japanese non-profit organization founded in 2002 and started first operation in Cambodia. Cambodia has achieved its goal to stamp out child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, and so Kamo since 2012 has focused on programs in India.

If you enter this event as a charity runner for the Kamonohashi Project and are confirmed to run, your donation will help the to stop human trafficking in India.

 

Sayaka Murata, Co-founder of Kamonohashi Project, also ran in the Tokyo Marathon 2021 held in March 2022 and successfully completed the race.We look forward to seeing you at the Tokyo Marathon 2023!

 

Running as a charity runner
We are looking for people who would like to participate as charity runners for Kamonohashi. The charity amount is 100,000 yen or more according to the charity application rules of the event.

Application period：July 15, 2022 (Fri.)-July 24, 2022 (Sun.)
Eligibility for entry: 19 years old and over on the day of the Tokyo Marathon
