"Child Prostitution is the commercial sexual exploitation of children in which a child performs the services of prostitution for financial benefits"

Children are often forced into prostitution either by social structure or individual agents where adults take advantage of their vulnerability. Majority of the children become victims of prostitution by being deceived that they can get better job opportunity in a big city, which do not exist and they are sold off to brothels.

Cambodia is a country where one third of all prostitutes are under the age of 18. This is an NBC video about Child prostitution in Cambodia.
